All are welcome – friends, relatives, partners and especially the undiagnosed (we all started out undiagnosed so know what’s what).
We’re really about adult ADHDers – we don’t have much to offer parents at the moment (apart from a non-judgemental ear) but there are always ADHD parents of ADHD kids present. But if you’re a parent that’s not found help get in contact (email or come to a meet) and we’ll try to signpost you to someone with the knowledge you need.
The format is simple – there are no charges, no need to book a place, no notes taken – you show up (we aren’t bothered if you turn up at your leisure) and ask anything you want, there’s usually someone with relevant experience. You don’t even have to talk about ADHD – it’s completely open.
And we’re friendly. ADHDers tend to be friendly and non-judgemental (who are we to judge?) and everyone had to come to a first meet, so we know what that feels like, and we’re very welcoming.
Look out for Tufty the Squirrel who will be on our table.
If you turn up to a meet and we’re not there (AFTER the start time) then check this WhatsApp group for updates
If you just want meetings information there is a chat free group – you might not be able to see anything until the next update.
