Mental health support

We recognise that many of our members need support for a wide range of issues, not just ADHD. As a peer group led by a small number of volunteers we are not equipped to help with mental health problems, but here’s a list of places you can find support.

Where to get Mental Health support in a crisis:

Crisis situation: Call 999 to contact emergency services
Go to your nearest A&E
If it is not a medical emergency but you still need urgent help:
Ring 111 for professional health advice 24 / 7, 365 days a year
